Nori (Roasted Seaweed) Rice Vinegar


Awarded a Great Taste Award UK for 2010, this delicate vinegar is an ideal match for delicate white fish. The inclusion of roasted seaweed brings a distinctive flavour synonymous with Japan.

Tetsuya recommends combining this vinegar with lemon zest, a little lemon juice, grapeseed or olive oil, chopped chives and grated ginger, and serving with gently steamed white fish accompanied by rice or vegetables: a simpledish with flavours immediately synonymous with the Japanese kitchen.
